Ugh, guilt. We all fuck up. When you realize that you did something to harm someone, when you really realize it, it can be devestating to think that you are a bad person. Well, if you’re a bad person, then I’m a bad person too. Maybe we’re all good and bad, and it’s okay. Forgiveness doesn’t just mean forgiving other people, it also means forgiving yourself. Even if you did some really bad things. Even if those bad things changed other people’s lives for the worse, even if you were responsible for a downturn in their lives. Do you think you can forgive yourself? Let’s try. Get your stone, and let’s see if we can find it in our hearts to forgive ourselves.
We all do the best we can
Take a deep breath
Place your rock under the painting. Say silently:
I release any brain patterning,
subconscious or conscious thought,
or energetic resonance to the
idea of harboring guilt. There comes a
time when one must forgive oneself,
and it is that time for me.
I give myself grace and forgiveness for
the past.
